I booked a 90-minute four-hand massage for £220 and unfortunately the experience ended up being extremely disappointing. Two therapists are meant to work on you at the same time for the full session. However, the first therapist arrived 7 minutes late and the second therapist arrived 17 minutes late. No extra time was added at the end, so a significant portion of the treatment I paid for simply didn’t happen. It’s a shame because the massage itself was BRILLIANT.
