Very relax and pain relief
I booked an hour-long appointment over the phone, and the lady who answered assured me it was confirmed. However, when I arrived, the staff told me the woman who takes the calls is actually the owner and doesn’t work on-site. Apparently, she accepts all bookings without knowing the shop’s actual availability. There were no staff available to provide the service I had booked, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience here.
