Really frustrating experience because the staff don’t understand how private health insurance claiming works even though they advertise accepting it all over their storefront. I was asking for a receipt for full payment of service to use to claim after a massage with my provider, but they couldn’t understand and kept insisting I had to use their hicaps machine directly (I didn’t have my physical provider card with me).
