Kitchen Away From Home Best Thai food around...Thai Terrace is our kitchen away from home. The owners are friendly and hard working and make us feel like we're eating at a friend's house. Love the spicy tofu, Thai fried rice, cashew chicken, tom yum goong, sticky rice...and lots more!

The Best Thai in Marin I've lived in Sausalito for nearly a decade, and Thai Terrace is my regular haunt. Pat and Piram are wonderful people, and the place feels like home to me. The food is consistently excellent, authentic, and reasonably priced. It's a great spot!

Nice get away from the main drag My wife and I were looking for a place to eat in Sausalito after 6pm that wasn't too pricey, since we were just in the area for a quick visit after Muir Woods. It's in the middle of a small outdoor plaza, and only has 6 or 7 tables. The food, however, is excellent, and very authentic. Service is a little slow, only because they have 1, maybe 2 cooks in a small kitchen that you can see from the tables. Value is excellent, my wife and I dined like royalty for under $40 easily.

Your Thai family I lived in Thailand for a season and I must admit, I am quite picky when it comes to Thai restaurants in the U.S.. Don't be fooled by the location of this little treasure. It is in a little nook between some shops and office spaces, but you feel like you are being served by your long lost Thai family and the food is quite authentic, the restaurant clean and great street parking. Great for a lunch break from work or for an early dinner!
