We have had a few good massages here with my daughter, especially Anna and Kelly are wonderful (5 stars to them)... however, in December I booked a massage before we left for the holidays and I was assigned a male masseuse. Honestly, I would not give this place one star if it was an option. After frequenting and generally enjoying the service provided for there for years and after literally 100's of visits, I can no longer recommend Royal Thai. The quality of services have deteriorated to the point of only light oil rubs, even when asked and requesting deep services. Terrible experience from start to finish. The front desk lady had an awful attitude right away, and honestly we should have left at that point. It set the tone for the entire visit. The massage itself was just as bad. They started by rubbing a cheap, harsh cleaning-supply–smelling lotion all over my face, arms, and legs, which was extremely unpleasant.
