It was the worst massage I've ever had. Front desk attendant was really nice.
Long story short: I was physically assaulted by a masseuse named David. My husband and I booked a 90-minute combination massage. Less than ten minutes in, David began aggressively rubbing my entire face with excessive amounts of oil. It was so forceful that my headphones—worn specifically to drown out noise—kept falling out. This was the best massage I have ever had! I chose the one-hour combination massage. When I was lying on the massage couch, my masseuse first gave me a head massage, which included my scalp, face and ears. She gently massaged my cheeks and ears and then asked me how was the pressure? I thought it was very considerate! Then she massaged my shoulders and neck, which I asked for more pressure and more focus. The people working there are very nice, massage usually good. The problem is the lotion they use smells like cleaning disinfectant. I’m so grossed out by the smell I have to immediately go home and shower. It’s one of those pungent scents that lingers and literally make me smell like I took a bath in mop water. Otherwise a pleasant experience
