I’ve been coming here for years, and they’ve had their ups and downs with customer service. I wanted to leave a 5-star review today because their new-hire for front desk, Leah, is outstanding. Also, best massage I’ve had here yet (thanks to Anna). I’ll be coming here more often now.
They charge for using credit card. The massage was mostly skin rubbing and stretching. Not deep tissue at all. But $60 for and hour is a good price and they were nice

Long story short: I was physically assaulted by a masseuse named David. My husband and I booked a 90-minute combination massage. Less than ten minutes in, David began aggressively rubbing my entire face with excessive amounts of oil. It was so forceful that my headphones—worn specifically to drown out noise—kept falling out. This was the best massage I have ever had! I chose the one-hour combination massage. When I was lying on the massage couch, my masseuse first gave me a head massage, which included my scalp, face and ears. She gently massaged my cheeks and ears and then asked me how was the pressure? I thought it was very considerate! Then she massaged my shoulders and neck, which I asked for more pressure and more focus.
