We had a simple to go order. The food was hot and ready on time and probably one of the best pad Thai we have had in a long time.
I tried this Thai place because Thai Basil was closed for pick ups and the other Thai place in Cameron Park was closed. I got Tom Yum soup and Thai Basil both were ordered spicy. Both lacked flavor, aromatics and spice. The spice was a level one when I selected one under Thai spicy. My stomach has been hurting for 25 hours after having the soup. I had two bites of the Thai basil which was flavorless with very overcooked veggies. I find it bizarre that the meat is ground as well. $40 in the trash. I won’t be going back.
We ordered takeout tonight and the pad thai and pumpkin curry were perfect. They were ready on time and the guy was friendly. The atmosphere inside was quiet and inviting. We will definitely be back to order in. Looks like a great date night spot.

This is the best Thai within 20+ miles, but it’s helpful to be calibrated on expectations before arriving. This spot is Authentic, very authentic. It is so Authentic that’s it’s just a two person family operation working front and back of house at the same time. Basically mom and dad making food like they did back home.
