Friendly and professional
Meds were changed but no explanation given. I have left a paper with my meds anytime there has been a dosage changed or added. In fact I left one last time I had a lab appt In Sept. The changes Dr. Nguyen made after visit do not reflect this. I called office today Sept.28th to speak to someone and got a voice mail so I left msg. For someone to call me. Waiting.
Dr. Thai Nguyen is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He took the time to listen and very considerate. His staff is friendly and have great customer service. Thank you.
