I posted the review below about a year ago and have been going regularly ever since. I notice that the review from a disgruntled customer has been posted. I have to say none of what this person says rings true at all. The staff and especially Rosie are such professionals and sensitive to the needs of their clients. As a place, it's very clean, smells good and all the facilities is available. The therapy was so good, they fix your body problem as per as your request. The manager and staff are so kind and friendly.
They only gave me a 20mins massage for a 30mins payment! They didn't return back any money. They said they can't do anymore because there is another customer waiting, they don't care about you. Also the massage lady Didi didn't put in any effort at all in the massage and it was the worst massage I received. I told her to massage my lower back because that's where my injury is but she never massagedy that area.
