I am also a certified Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, avid Qigong and Tai Chi enthusiast, and an osteopathy student. Each of my sessions is unique and tailored to your specific health needs, such as pain or stress relief, improving mobility and flexibility, or general health maintenance.

The floor Thai massage with Julia was exactly what I wanted. It was gentle but deep. Highly recommend the 90min session the first time. I’m impressed at how mush deeper Thai massage is. I loved not having oil used and feeling parts of my body that have never been stretched before. I can’t wait to continue working with Julia!
