We order takeout from here all the time. A few months ago they switched over to an AI receptionist that fumbles orders and takes forever. Last time we went the staff said it was terrible and they were doing away with it, this was over a month ago and still when calling you’re met with a robot dissatisfaction. You’ve been in business how many years answering the phone and taking orders, it’s not that hard, and yes I’ve worked the food industry so no excuses or ignorance.
