We decided to order takeout from Thai hot having heard wonderful things from other people in our area. I've been looking forward to trying their food for quite a while now. I wasn't feeling great on Labor Day so we decided to do takeout versus go in person, but after our first experience and this wonderful food, we cannot wait to be there in person. The food was a bit of a mixed experience. The Spring rolls are refreshing and good and the House Pad Thai was pretty good. Unfortunately, the Thai Style Steak was much too fatty for my liking, and couldn’t eat half of it. The service was also mediocre. Given how busy the restaurant was, there didn’t seem to be enough wait staff to keep up with the number of customers. I hope admins make a page for Holy Thai Vegan, which apparently(?) operates out of Thai Hot. We ordered vegan takeout from Holy Thai Vegan and it was excellent. Some of the best vegan thai I've ever had. So happy to have an extensive vegan menu in Indio! Thank you!
Love their basil fried rice!
Great food, and a fantastic, illustrated menu. The service is really good and the food is very authentic. I had the tom kha soup with duck, and it was wonderful. In fact, it was so good, I came back with another friend a few days later. Highly recommend and happy I found it!
