I never have any issues. Order online and pick it up at the restaurant. Always sitting there waiting for me. Healthy alternative and the food is always fresh and delicious. The only thing I don't care for is the building. It smells like a musty old man's house. They need new doors entering the building as well.

We have eaten at Thai Hot before and it had always been really good but tonight was extremely disappointing. I ordered pad Thai and it was nothing like what I've ever had before. I also ordered spring rolls but when it came, it was crab Rangoon and was told that's what I ordered.

I ordered Pad Thai as it was the special of the day….I had only been sitting for a few minutes when my order was ready. I picked it up from the pleasant man running the counter. I could tell immediately that my Pad Thai was not fresh but just microwaved with wilted green onions and all. It was still somewhat tasty but not spicy at all and there was little chicken. Very dissatisfied and won’t likely return…
