Sonya is a master of her craft. She has pinpointed my pain many times and gave me feedback and analysis before i even suggested anything. I have been there for various pains: shoulders, lower back etc and she has this knack for pulling new techniques from her toolset. Amazing! And here’s the thing. She cares, and it shows. She doesn’t just go through the motions, she addresses the problems in full. She has a sense of humor like me so thats a bonus:) highly recommend her place!
The massage felt great and was very very helpful! I got a deep tissue massage since I have been half marathon training, and it has made my whole body feel less fatigued. The day after the massage I did my weekly long run and felt noticeably less fatigued in the legs and back.
