I would highly recommend this small restaurant. The two people who run it work very hard to deliver great food. We're 50/50 on ordering for dine in vs. take out. It's interesting inside and most of the time very clean, but not "upscale". The food here is solid, I would recommend the leek cakes if "fried onion dumplings" sound good to you. They're delicious! Hard to tell if it's even open when you walk in. Waiter is also in the kitchen which isn't a huge problem until you need anything besides ordering ten minutes after you're ready. Burnt rice from bottom of pot. Did not take it off our bill when I sent it back because " that's how he likes it" food just average. Expensive.
Delicious food, good service & great prices!! Went for my birthday & will definitely be a repeat customer.
We got a few things to go, the 20 minute wait wasn't too bad especially after trying the food that was fresh, clean, and so flavourful. I'm upset this restaurant is not where I live because I know I'm going to be craving this often. We got the Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai, and Leek Cakes. I would recommend all of them; the Rom Yum in particular was probably one of my favorite Tom Yums I've had.
