I had the most amazing massage today. I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for quite a while now. Ploy Immediately recognized that my hips were out of alignment, and after an adjustment, I had Immediate relief. I have also always dealt with incredibly tight neck and shoulder pain. Ploy is incredible and honestly a miracle worker. I had been dealing with a pinched nerve in my back/shoulder for months and physical therapy was not improving it.
