I visited this spa a few days ago and had a very good massage experience. The staff was professional and the service was satisfying. However, today when I tried to book another appointment, I was unable to reach anyone. There seemed to be a communication issue — I couldn’t hear them, and they couldn’t hear me. What a waste of my time and my money! I can literally get an hour deep tissue massage in NYC for $49 plus a tip. This was $80 plus a $16.49 tip on their credit card machine and it was TERRIBLE. It wasn't deep tissue, it wasn't even a massage to be honest. It was more like surface area rubbing. It wasn't even a true Thai massage as in any stretching AT ALL. Never again! I don't know who is rating this dump 5 stars with the poor quality and I was cold the entire time and my back hurt from them having me stretched out flat on i... read more

I’ve visited here several times and always have a great experience! I think they’re very well priced. The employees are always kind which makes it that much more relaxing.
Always such a nice and attentive staff and peaceful, relaxing environment. I have a lot of muscle and foot pain from working in restaurants for decades and I always leave feeling better and having knots worked out that I didn't know I had.
