Terrible customer service. I left my entire mobile order because I can't eat spicy food. At other places, they'll replace the order with something non-spicy; it wouldn't cost the restaurant anything to make another dish. But they prefer customer complaints and bad reviews. There are many other Thai Express restaurants, so I'll go to another one, not this one. I hope they continue to do a lot of business because customer satisfaction is clearly the last thing on their list.moment occurred October 26 at 3 pm
