I had an hour deep tissue massage and it was superb. I was in pain all day and now feel less tense and a lot lighter. I will definitely be back for more massages in the future.
What a find in Caroline Springs. I’ve struggled to find a competent masseuse in the area and came across Thai Essence. The place is charming and serene & has a day spa feel. The massage was just what my body needed. I’ve always struggled with tense muscles & the massage relieved my soreness.
Great massage. Make sure to book. Never been offered a soft, medium or hard massage. Medium was plenty firm. My body felt like putty afterwards. Heavenly experience.
