I have been going to Thai Essence for well over 1 year every fortnight. As I’m in a wheelchair I could not be happier with the support I get moving around the place. As for the massage. All of the ladies are fantastic and do a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Not the first time being at this place and staff used to be very friendly. But today I had the worst experience ever by the rude receptionist. Called in yesterday to make a booking for a couple today. Initially had my booking starting at 12:40pm and it was changed to 12:30pm without my awareness. I was literally rushing to this massage place as soon as I could and rang the receptionist to inform I would be late and ask if it would be okay. I have not had such an awsome massage in years. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff are very friendly and the work quality of the staff is second to none. Highly recommend bringing your tired body heat for them to fix. I will be a repeat customer for as long as I can thank you very much Thai Essence
