I have been a client of Thai Essence C/Springs for years. Visits are once a month for 2 hours. My massage therapist is fantastic. She eases my tight muscles( related to work), improve blood flow and inflammation, relieve pain from injuries and overall helps lower my stress. I highly recommend .
Jo is absolutely exceptional at what she does! I love my regular remedial massage sessions with her — she has an incredible ability to release all the tension and leave me feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and energised every time. I always look forward to my sessions and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Jo to anyone looking for an outstanding remedial massage therapist!
