Thai Elephant is quickly becoming my favorite food truck! Their gluten-free Pad Thai is delicious, fresh, and full of vibrant flavor—you can really taste the quality ingredients and care they put into every dish.
Tried the Pad Thai here after skipping a few other local spots, and I’m glad I did. The flavors were nicely balanced—not too sweet or oily like some others I’ve had.
Their combo plate with the pad thai and the coconut red curry was amazing.
