The best Thai food truck I’ve ever tried! The fact that everything is gluten-free and non-MSG already sets them apart, but the flavors keep me coming back. The Pad Thai is perfectly balanced, and the drunken noodles are bold, hearty, and full of authentic spice.
For a light meal, I ordered Thai iced tea and papaya salad. The drink wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated, and the salad was crisp and fresh. It was a simple lunch, but everything tasted clean and well-prepared compared to other trucks in the area.
I tried the green papaya salad and the fresh summer roll, which were both quite clean and delicious. Most food trucks in the area don't focus on lighter, healthier options, so this one stands out. If you're aiming to eat healthier, the gluten-free menu is a great option.
The pad thai and pad see ew was great! Ask for the chili oil if you like spice. Much better thai food than other options on the island! My gluten-free wife had no problems with the food here!
This place is incredible! I would recommend and would go out of my way to come to this food truck. It’s authentic Thai food and the sweet staff make you feel like it’s grandmas kitchen. I tried a lot of different items and loved them all! Also NO MSG!!
