Great communication, amazing work and very kind staff and owner.
The cleaning was good but they unfortunately caused damage to our upstairs carpet (bleach spots) and when we confronted them about it they denied it saying none of their cleaners use bleach and wouldn't rectify the concern.
Pam and her team are extremely reliable, and professional. I was very luck to find her to clean our Airbnb and my home received 6 5-stars review within 2 months, I would highly recommend Pam and her team.
Never called me back. If they are too busy that's fine but at least call back and acknowledge.
