I’ve been a long-time customer of Thai City in Portales, and it’s always been one of my favorite spots to grab takeout. We’ve consistently ordered for pickup and always tipped well. I’m genuinely disappointed by the recent decline in both food quality and customer service. Has management changed? Lately, when we call to place an order, the person answering the phone often forgets we’ve been placed on hold, sometimes for several minutes, and we’ve had to call back just to complete our order.
