My favorite Thai restaurant
The food at Thai Cafe is consistently good. The atmosphere here could use some work but it's not bad. On occasions when I've ordered to go, Thai Cafe provides the cheap, flimsy, nearly unusable plastic utensils. It's a pet peeve for sure but it's reasonable to expect usable, quality utensils with a $20+ entree than you might receive from a fast food joint with your $6 meal. I'm re-rating them 5 stars when they upgrade in this area.
Unpretentious Gemini Durham. Good variety and consistent quality on everything I've tried. Vegetarian options aplenty, and perhaps not surprisingly, the flan and coconut cake are splendid.
