The customer service is so dreadful and nihilistic here. They treat customers as never ending commodities they take for granted. Last night we got a to go order and there were about three grainy pieces of chicken in the Pad Thai and Pad See Ewe. When I called to complain they politely said to get lost and that I had to bring the food back despite the fact that I live 15 miles away and gas is expensive. Needless to say, I won't be coming here again!

I had a frustrating experience ordering from this restaurant tonight. I called in and very clearly asked for two sides of yellow curry sauce and white rice, specifying multiple times that I did not want the full meal with chicken or vegetables—just the sauce. The person on the phone never told me that they don’t sell curry sauce as a side or that I would be charged the full entrée price for each. She also did not give me a total before I hung up.
