dishonest to people with allergies – was told over the phone and promised at the counter that they offered gluten free. they absolutely lied. will never eat here again and will tell everybody in earshot to do the same. with missed work, my experience at thai basil cost aprox $200. not worth it. this is the worst bout of gluten poisoning ive had in over a year
Thai Basil is da bomb!! – Thai Basil has been a neighborhood favorite since it opened a couple yrs ago. Small, and cozy, but perfect for a quaint dinner with a friend or even by yourself. Tasty Thai food – When we first walked in it gave a very good first impression. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Very good service. This was my first time eating Thai food. I love spicy food so this worked out perfectly. It was sooo good and tasty. I would highly recommend this place.
Pricey for the food – The food was alright but definitly lacking. The fried rice wasn't all that great it also was missing something. The food is overpriced and the place is really small.
Authentic, reasonable price, great people. – Having lived in Thailand for a few years, I love to eat Thai food and cook Thai food. Many Thai restaurants americanize their food, but Thai Basil seemed to do very well, expecially when asked to make it the way they would want to eat it. Charming atmosphere, very Thai, and actual Thai people who are willing to speak Thai to you if you know the language. My parents, wife, and other friends have all loved the food, especially the Spicy Basil Noodle dish.
Thai Basil has a 4 star rating with 7 reviews.
Thai Basil is closed now. It will open at 11:00 a.m.
