Hands-down this is my new favorite place for general sos chicken. The chicken is lightly breaded served hot and crunchy yet it is soaked with the best secret spivey sauce I have ever eaten! I ordered the same thing at Thai basil by Park Meadows Mall and the sauce was not the same blah. All chains are individually owned and they can change the menu. This place is a joke. After being charged for a large draft beer, the bartender found out that none of the taps were working that day - it was not the morning - and decided to simply give me a bottle instead, which is priced far less. Aside from me, there was only one other person in the entire restaurant, and she had to walk up to the bar and ask for a check, she was waiting at her table so long with noone coming by. Great Happy Hour! – Wow! Been several times to this location. They turned an old Bennigan's into an Asian retreat with carved wooden tables and their infamous bed booths. You can't beat their Happy Hour menu! Drinks are $1-$3 for beer, wine & liquor. 3 course dinner for $9.99 includes soup choice, entree, rice, and dessert! Always been impressed with their food and now it's affordable for all!
Best Thai Cuisine in Denver I wasn't a big fan of Thai cuisine until I first ate at Thai Basil. It is so good, I even craved it when I was sick! Their hot and sour soup is the best I've ever had. The Drunken Noodles with shrimp are another favorite. Honestly, I've never had a bad meal from them, and the food is consistent across the chain. Delivery orders are most often at my office within ten minutes of placing the order (despite their estimate that it would be half an hour). They're fabulous!
