Tastes so bad, especially the spring rolls and the steak. The rice is hard, the beef is cold, and the noodles are also worse than before. You can see how many fascia pieces are in this cold beef. “This restaurant has very delicious food. I’ve been a customer for almost four or five years now, and every time I come back, the flavors are still just as good as I remember. I usually order takeout, and at first I didn’t understand why they charge a 10% gratuity,But later I understood the staff and the situation. Yesterday I ordered an appetizer to go. When paying, the invoice had a 10% up-charge for takeout, and an automatic 10% gratuity/tip. There was nothing written or posted at the checkout counter or on the menu advising of the up-charge. Automatically charging a tip is simply bad form. On the principle only, I’m unlikely to return and will share my displeasure with friends, colleagues, and anyone who will listen.

Terrible Tom Yum. It was just a sour, clear broth with boiled chicken and chopped salad, and they even served it with noodles (not rice). Where is the Tom Yum paste? I told the waiter that I really didn’t like the soup at all. They refused to replace it with another dish.

The food here was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. However, I couldn’t help but feel bad for the staff. While I was dining, I noticed some very rude customers who didn’t seem to care that the restaurant was about to close. The employees clearly needed their break, but these customers—particularly a group who were very picky—kept making things difficult.
