Best selection around – Having shopped most flooring stores in the area, I can say that they have the best in store selection in the Triangle. The staff is very professional and friendly. Prices are not bad either. We had an initial disagreement on pricing, but management ultimately decided to honor our request despite disagreeing with our rational.
Not as great as we'd hoped... – Earlier this year, we went to Thad's for our business flooring. We chose Thad's because they've been around for a while, and we thought they had a good reputation. Not only were we misinformed by our salesperson regarding options for our flooring (we were told the most expensive option was our ONLY option, which we later found out wasn't true from another source) but we also had issues when our retail space was measured incorrectly for the square footage of flooring needed. We don't conduct business as explained. The customer can call anytime for a remeasure to prove the actual material layed. If the error is our fault he or she will be refunded. There is a definite misunderstanding.
