I’ve only been to Dr Cox one time approximately four years ago. He came across as a get down to business type of doctor but lacked a little in the personal care and comfort area. He seemed to have a good relationship with co-workers so hopefully he will work on being more personable with his patients. A colonoscopy is not a pleasant experience. After my procedure he discussed his findings and provided more information than any other doctor I’d been to. I appreciated that and will go to him again.
Waste of time. Spent two hours waiting in the exam room and he never showed up. The staff kept saying, “he should be in the building. Let me go check.” If he’s over in the hospital or elsewhere, then why have patients waiting back in the clinic for hours? Once I told the staff I was leaving after waiting for two hours. They laughed and said “okay, bye!”
Very unprofessional conduct. No bedside manner. Rude and uncaring. One member of his team Dr. Howard broke patient confidentiality agreement.
This doctor is a joke my husband and kids father is now gone because of his negligence
