Staff unhelpful , outsourced billing unresponsive, and office “manager” is down right rude. NP is friendly and I have no trouble getting appointments, but it’s a low quality of care and definitely not worth wasting your time giving this place a try.
I can sum up this doctor and his practice in one word USELESS !
Great reception and nurses were kind and Mohamed was his usual Great self.
My dad is a new patient. (Should say was) the staff is rude, the nurse practiced seemed to be too busy and did nothing. Don't have them care for you, because they obvioudont care about you.
