If you need a bankrupt lawyer do not go here , I made an appointment for phone interview for 2pm and I received a text saying my 2:30 now so I assumed they changed , she called at 2:03 and I was busy I call back let her know then had a wierd attitude about it which was strange but fast forward as I’m talking she says something is messing up with something on her computer says she’ll call back in 10 mins never did and I even called her back left a voicemail with no response , very unprofessional

Do not go to this lawyer for bankruptcy needs, he is over worked and understaffed. His response times are horrible and once he has your money he doesn’t care what happens after that. He is arrogant and very rude, had the nerve to tell me to have someone else file a motion with the courts since he’s taken over 2 1/2 months to file one himself.
2023 Was referred by a family member to discuss options for filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. I called the number provided on the website and was contacted by a male whom simply states he was calling from "Heather Dickerson's Bankruptcy". I explained my situation that I live with my gf/fiance, never been married and a home was purchased by her in July 2022 and the mortgage under her name.
