We started thinking about renovating things like the kitchen. It was just an idea. Then our designer, Barbara Gilbert introduced us to Thad Ates. We met together and he could see the plan and what was needed. We were concerned about getting into our space for Thanksgiving and in 6 weeks we were in. His bids are firm with no “gotchas” in them.
