I have now worked with Ziegler Glass twice, once personally and once professionally, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. Last year, I used the San Antonio location to replace two shower doors in my personal home. One of the doors exploded the very next day. To their credit, they did replace it. As a business owner myself, showing respect to my clients over their time is extremely important to me… I ordered a window for my customer here in Kerrville. I live in Dallas and I expressed this information to the team a “Thad” and that I would have a 10 hour round trip to get this window done. We scheduled for 11am on a Thursday. At about 8:30am on the day of install, I’m hours into my drive, they reschedule for 3pm knowing that would keep me held up and wouldn’t allow me to make it home u til after 8-9pm… adding many hour... read more

Not bad service, to bad went and installed my glass it broke 😂 but speedy service little pricy but is what it is much appreciated service
