I have utilized Thad Ziegler glass several times inclusive of restoration of old operational loved windows. They provided me the glass I needed quickly and effectively.
As a business owner myself, showing respect to my clients over their time is extremely important to me… I ordered a window for my customer here in Kerrville. I live in Dallas and I expressed this information to the team a “Thad” and that I would have a 10 hour round trip to get this window done. We scheduled for 11am on a Thursday. At about 8:30am on the day of install, I’m hours into my drive, they reschedule for 3pm knowing that would keep me held up and wouldn’t allow me to make it home u til after 8-9pm… adding many hour... read more
