David metzger was by far the worst builder I ever had .in fact in my adult life I have 4 builders for four different homes. 3 of those builders were awesome and I have no complaints. But dave metzger was horrible. He kept charging for things and changing the original contract. He had a realtor "friend" to help him as he constantly raised the price.
