ThadCon was responsible for assisting with the underground wastewater project in our development and for the sod replacement after the lawns had been dug up. Wes, one of their employees, was most courteous and communicative in getting our sod replaced satisfactorily. Thank you Wes!
If I could give ZERO starts I would. The City of DeLand stupidly signed a contract with these folks to construct new water mains in an area of North DeLand. The work was supposed to take six months. A year later, the work IS STILL NOT DONE!!!! They dug up lawns, the street, left hoses and pipes sticking out all over the place, pits in the swales, trip hazards all over the place -- then stopped working.
