Broke my boiler by cutting a water pipe above it and getting water into the electrics. He should have drained the tank but took a shortcut instead. He never came back to fix it, wouldn't pick up the phone, and left me with a freezing cold home and two young kids. Worst tradesman ever. New boiler cost thousands.
My parents have had Karl do work for them for years, we ourselves now also use and we have been so very impressed with the level of service, reliability and kindness! Aways on time, responsive to enquiries and so helpful, Would highly recommend! Thank you
Karl and his team are brilliant. Our hot water cylinder starting leaking he replaced the cylinder within 2 days and was very reasonably priced. You wouldn't have even known the guys had been in the house everything was clean and tidy when they left. Can't recommend them enough. Top class service
