Dr. Thacker saved my life and will be greatly missed. Dealing with Chronic Pancreatitis for over 20 years has been a nightmare, spending many years collectively in ER and ICU, and after years of being told "pain management" is the best option for me, I left Pain Management after hearing great things about Dr. Thacker, and I'm so blessed to have been a patient of his for the last decade. First of all I never write reviews but I think this is a good reason to warn people. I bring my mom in quite often.. There is a Hispanic lady that works there. Every time I go she makes comments about patients that make her mad this one particular time I almost started crying because I felt so bad. This patient was clearly disabled and over weight. They need to learn how to bill insurance! Everytime I call or go up there the issue is STILL not fixed. But when I go (when they are not busy) usually around 10:15AM The lady that does the billing is OUTSIDE SMOKING when she could be fixing my bill. Its so frustrating! been going at this for months!
