I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience I had with Thabet Orthodontics! Sam was AMAZING! She was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. She made me feel completely at ease. Michelle greeted me and walked me through every step of the visit. Dr. Othman was beyond friendly and I felt confident in her skills. It is because of the staff here that I felt completely at ease with the orthodontic process and I know I am in good hands!
Thabet Orthodontics is an awesome office! Very clean and professional. Everyone was welcoming and kind, especially Michelle and Sam. They were friendly and very helpful and understanding of my treatment process. They were able to give detailed explainations of what I need to have done. I highly recommend Thabet Orthodontics!
Dr. Othman and her team are truly great. Everyone I have encountered has been amazing to work with. The staff goes above and beyond and are always very friendly and professional. Dr. Othman is very attentive and always makes sure that my questions are answered. Great experience all around!
Thabet Orthodotics is a great clinical site. The work that the technicians do and the ortho-care is top tier. The issue is the customer service. Since Dr. Thabet retired, the new leadership has extremely poor customer service. The front desk is extremely unprofessional, dismissive, condescending and truly immature. I haven't had any other Orthodontist to compare but every step of the process has been smooth and easy. I highly recommend Dr. Thabet and his staff. The Halloween decorations were very impressive. Adding that working with my insurance and dental FSA was also painless, and made the whole thing affordable as an adult. Today the guide attachments came off and I will go back for my retainer in three weeks. It's been a long process but I am very happy with the results.
