If you want to get annoyed, ripped off, and leave angry after receiving a service, then go to this place. I made a deal with Marco, then an Indian guy showed up charging me for parts for my bike etc. When they delivered: 2 months later, without painting parts, and they even changed the paint colour of my bike. Don't get annoyed, don't waste your time going to this place full of incompetents.
Timely communication and helpful service
drop my bike in for service (1st time with these boys), plus getting the pink slip done on the 24/01. my rear tyre didn’t pass the test so they called me and asked if I want to order the tyre through them and so I did. I asked if the front one need replacement and they honestly told me I don’t need to (for now). since they don’t have the part on the day 24/01, they asked me if I want to collect my bike that afternoon so I can ride over the long weekend with services done and so I did. Don’t go this place the owner is fraud I am new in Aus and I don’t have any idea for bike service so I saw this place near by me so went there they charge me 900$ for bike chain and brakepads and they said they will finished work in 2 hrs but they return my bike after 2 days and next time I want to make my pink slip and I called owner and he said they will charge 50$ for pink slip and labour charge aswell and said me to put my bike there bt in internet there was 28$ for pink slip so I went another place they charge me 28$ an... read more
