Very misleading experience. Our appointment was originally scheduled for 3:00 PM, but upon arrival we were told we’d need to come back at 5:30 PM or the following day because the time slot had been overbooked. We ultimately agreed to return for a 3:30 PM appointment. The service was a simple trim for my daughter- no wash, no styling, just about two inches off the ends. Another amazing men's haircut by Jenny! She is always delightful to her customers while ensuring you receive the cut you wanted. I'd make an appointment in advance for her skills are in demand, I'm a loyal customer.

Wen there last week to get a guys perm done. $150 later I wait the time to wash it and three days go buy and this is what it looks like! I called twice once yesterday at 2pm and this morning to ask this women for a refund and they won't even address me or return the call. GUYS Don't go here

I asked for curtain bangs, but they were cut very blunt, unevenly, and much shorter than I asked for. I was charged 85$ for the bangs and a hair trim Otherwise, the salon was nice and clean and the ladies were welcoming.
