Felt like she tried to make it as bad as possible or just good enough to get away with working there. Left the room multiple times, massaged the same spot for an hour, wouldn’t let me relax.

don't waste your time and money here. look for other options, they do exist. you don't get what you pay for. when you're told you have to tip even before you get the service. run....
Friendly staff. Excellent massage with special care given to the aching spots. I'm a repeat customer at this my favorite spa. Recommend for whenever your sore body needs treatment. Wife loves it too.
