Christamore Court Apts… Wednesday June 18 ,2025…We had a flooding issue in our lobby… We had no emergency maintenance ph # to call.. Steve left after the storm locked the maintenance room door… The fire alarm went off, then the maintenance room lobby water sprinkler went off…Flooding the whole Community room n front lobby… We called nCitizens Power to turn the water n Alarm off…. It was a big mess
If you like being told one thing and it’s another this is your company. Fail!
Union at Washington is horrible to deal with. I have left several messages over the past few weeks along with a case manager with no return calls. Every time you call no matter what time or day it goes to voice mail. Even have tried calling the management company!
I am stumped on where to start. First off, at the property where I lived for about 2 1/2 years there have been 5 (or was it six?) managers. There are tales that 3 were fired for embezzling, one got transferred because she never paid any contractors, one just kind of walked away and one worked so briefly that I never saw her. I want to say something very mean here, but this is just to sad. Second, communication is bad. Like really bad!
