WENT THERE SOME YEARS BACK FOR YEARS WITH 2 VEHICLES AND THEY DID ALL THIS WORK AND ON MY GMC TRUCK COSTING TIME AND MONEY OVER 3000 $ BOUGHT ANOTHER VEHICLE A 2003 FORD RANGER IN ABOUT THE YEAR 2020 AND THEY SAID I NEEDED THE SAME EXACT REPAIRS ON THIS TRUCK SO ANOTHER 3000 PLUS !! WENT TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP THEY SAID I DIDNT NEED ANY OF THAT REPAIR IT WAS GOING TO RUN AT LEAST 3000 THOUSAND PLUS FOR THE REAPAIR I DIDNT EVEN NEED !!! I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO PUT ONE STAR PERIOD AS THEIR CROOKED AT TH GO SOME PLACE ELSE !!!
Love this place!! I’ve been looking for a reliable, independent shop after years of inconsistent service at the larger chains. Normally, I prepare to be met with tons of skepticism when I inform a shop about relevant repairs I’ve done myself, but that wasn’t my experience at THAuto. Sherman went above and beyond to help me save my (beloved) 26 yr old car. He was extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, and I felt like my car was in great hands the entire time.
