I requested for a low taper fade with a beard trim, I walked out of there with the worst haircut of my life and about 15 cuts on my face. I specifically asked not to cut anything off the top but Desmond cut off more than 50percent of the length. Their website stated a haircut and a beard trim costs $35 but I was charged $40 for the shittiest haircut, the worst beard trim and terrible service.
The new guy messed up my hairline and it too far back, I come here every month or two and there’s no problems but the new guy completely ruined my hair twice, last month as well. I can see my hairline changing skin because it was pushed back so far.
They remember their customers, have good attention to detail, and reasonable prices. Very friendly people. It is important to make an appointment because they have a high demand.
