Very bad 12 hours waiting to load
This location is not suitable for large trucks. It’s very difficult to find the office, and the area is not designed for 53-foot trailers. Also, some of the staff are very rude and unprofessional.
Writing review on a BROKERAGE TEAM OF TGT TRANSPORT. They are a joke. dont waste your time with them. Team drivers spent 17 hours at the shipper. Not to mention bad communication from the broker, they refusing to fairly compensate for detention hours. They added 125 dollars for 17 hours and decides to completely ignore me. any requests to speak with manager is ignored.
