The service was excellent overall, starting with the front desk. The medical assistant, whose name I can't remember the name, was very kind. APRN Julia Young was also kind and attentive. Honestly, I don't know why this place has bad reviews because I received excellent service.
My doctor was fine, but I almost had to have my surgery rescheduled because their office administration did not respond to a request from my surgeon for records for an entire week, and once they started processing it they said they didnt have the ability to send a fax.... which is baffling for a doctors office. Eventually I had to go track the records down myself in the middle of my work day. I wish there was an option for less than one star.

Place was clean and people were friendly. My appointment was with Julia Young Smith. She was very caring and knowledgeable. Checked in through the app and the arrival was really smooth.
