My doctor was fine, but I almost had to have my surgery rescheduled because their office administration did not respond to a request from my surgeon for records for an entire week, and once they started processing it they said they didnt have the ability to send a fax.... which is baffling for a doctors office. Eventually I had to go track the records down myself in the middle of my work day. I wish there was an option for less than one star.

Place was clean and people were friendly. My appointment was with Julia Young Smith. She was very caring and knowledgeable. Checked in through the app and the arrival was really smooth.

I recently scheduled an appointment through the portal only to have it cancelled an hour later!! Their explanation, I have to establish a new PCP since Monique(previous PCP) left the practice. Hello!!?? Why do you think I’m scheduling an appointment?? Well the person you scheduled an appointment with is only helping out and can’t take anymore patients, and the only two other providers don’t have anything available until June.
