They won't let you see a doctor as a new patient, only A nurse practitioner even if you came on time at 10 o'clock was my appointment. And at 10:15 was there. Wow, so surprised to read even one negative review about TGMGTrinity. I’ve been a patient for 7 years and have nothing but high praise for the staff and physicians. The only possibility negative I can think of is that my adult daughter, who has developmental delay and complex medical problems, had a difficult time when Jennifer and Dr. Hussein left. Unfortunately both had to relocate due to their spouses employment around the same time. However her care was never affected and although she’s on over 15 medications she nor I, ... read more
Everyone was extremely nice to me for as I went to set up as a PCP for my insurance
This office has gone downhill in the past year. All new providers recently that for some reason came from other offices. Office manager is horrible. No desire to provide conflict resolution. Staff has issues completing most tasks. Dr. Thomas was amazing for so many years. The past year I renamed her itinerary specialist. Lots of hospital employees and specialists kept saying she was my problem. Finally dx with sinus infection but not by her. She became angry and dropped me. It is obvious something is wrong.
