Everyone was extremely nice to me for as I went to set up as a PCP for my insurance
This office has gone downhill in the past year. All new providers recently that for some reason came from other offices. Office manager is horrible. No desire to provide conflict resolution. Staff has issues completing most tasks. Dr. Thomas was amazing for so many years. The past year I renamed her itinerary specialist. Lots of hospital employees and specialists kept saying she was my problem. Finally dx with sinus infection but not by her. She became angry and dropped me. It is obvious something is wrong.
