The wait time for lab is ridiculous. As a daughter of a mom who is diabetic those patients should take priority when they have to fast for blood work.
I saw Victoria Jacobs and Mikel today and they were the most compassionate caregivers I could have asked for. I was blessed to be paired with them. Everyone from the lab girls to the front desk were very kind.
So many things wrong with this place. Quality of care is subpar at best. I checked in for a wellness visit and was left sitting for 45 minutes. Went to the window to inquire, I was told nurse called in sick. Finally get scene by a nurse and she says they forgot to check me in. So I was scene again today and PA said I should switch doctors. PA left the room with no discussion. All I really wanted was a med refill, and never got it. The staff there has no clue what is going on.
