Wait time was awful. You are not informed if they are running late. You must look at a paper with names and colors that will tell you how behind they are. My visit with the dr was interrupted twice. They have all these recommendations based off your age and the referrals printed out for you as well before your appointment starts. I dont believe the dr fully understood me or knew the basics of females. Instead of lets get your hormones checked out, its lose weight after stating my issues. More referrals! Such a positive experience at this urgent care! The staff were friendly, the wait time was reasonable, and the physician/team were incredibly kind and attentive. I felt well taken care of and everything was handled efficiently. Highly recommend!
