Seems like AI software doesn’t help with much in making appointments. Waited over 35 minutes to talk to a physical person to make an appointment. Time to look for another clinic.

I write this as a patient of TGH medical group for 13 years…. There has been a significant decline in service. My wife and I are upset to have to seek other care for us and our 4 children, as TGH is no longer a serious healthcare provider they once were, it’s sad, stay away from this place! Why are you going to say that your provider (Dr Dunlop) is taking new patients then force me into a phone call (instead of a web service) to schedule with your provider and make me go through 20 minutes of providing you my personal information before you tell me that your provider is actually not taking new patients until next year. If you could’ve provided me a web service to let me know that she’s not available until next year it would’ve saved me and the person you’re paying to schedule me 20 minutes. If there was an option for negative stars, I would put a -10 easily. It takes months to see your regular doctor, but if you’re open to seeing any of their providers, plan on, still waiting a good month to see anyone. Finally, once you get in for an appointment, they’ll make you wait 30 to 40 minutes to see a doctor. And God forbid you are ever a few minutes late for your appointment as they will cancel it all together. Look elsewhere if you want quality care.
