I saw Mrs. Corchero today and was incredibly impressed with how professional and caring she was. It's hard finding health care providers this great nowadays that can balance the stress of being understaffed while actually caring about the person's well-being.
The front desk employees have an inferiority complex and they should be treated or more flexible employees should be chosen.
This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a medical office. I’m genuinely concerned about the level of communication, professionalism, and accountability shown here. To begin with, I scheduled a visit with Ms. Jacob to establish care after recently relocating. During a follow up visit, I was told I could return for lab work at any time without an appointment. 1 star is too good for this place and its staff. Unorganized, unethical, uncaring. They make appointments for no reason, charge you for said appointment, then cancel it because no one knows why to was made to begin with. But hey they at least got money. I’m amazed it’s still operating.
