terrible systems with the my chart, completely unorganized company. i had a virtual appointment for a medical accommodation, called in to make sure everything can proceed, come to the date i have the appointment and they cannot proceed because it has to be in person. i specifically called previously to make sure this would not happen. now i have to take an appointment far from my house and call off from work because of the lack of communication and organization in this office

Not a single hello, please, thank you or goodbye from the lady at the front desk. She started arguing with me about semantics within a minute of me arriving. Truly, terribly rude- Especially at a elm of medical practice where you don’t know what people are dealing with… Shameful. The medical staff was lovely and they are poorly served by this front desk hostess!

Hate it came on time even a few mins before and they denied me because I was checked in 1 min before my time . This was my only day off I’m sorry that I have children to make sure situated before my doctor’s appointment. It’s the fact that I was on time to be seated for LIZ the MA to come out with a smile and deny my body because I was ON TIME

No stars!! Here's a more polished and professional version of your review while still clearly expressing your experience: I have been a patient with USF and TGH physicians for many years and have generally had excellent experiences. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Armenia office was extremely disappointing. Rose is very rude . This office has only 1 provider and too many patients. Dr. Olson is very good but he's only for discharged hospital patients. Now I have to go to carrollwood just to be seen in a timely manner or any manner. Snika was very respectful and caring always with all interactions. I use to love this place when they were fully staffed. Also it wouldn't hurt to have more front representation like Snika. The lab staff were always friendly as well. The older black woman with the brown short locs was awesome as well
